Vuvoldynia
Vulvodynia is just a fancy word for "painful vulva". There are several different types, some of which are thought to be caused by weird strains of candida, or by a bacterial infection. The truth is, they don't know why it occurs. It usually has no outward symptoms, maybe a bit of redness, but like IC, it's usually diagnosed by testing for everything else. Oh yeah, there's no cure for this either and it makes sex hurt a lot.

Fibromyalgia
Another issue that has no cure/cause. It is usually associated with constant musculoskeletal "aching", normally concentrated in the neck, shoulders, pelvis and back. I honestly don't know much about this disease as I thankfully do not have it, but from what I can gather, people who suffer from fibromyalgia are often tired (there may be some relation here to Chronic Fatigue Syndrome), and have problems sleeping as well as muscle tenderness. Migraines
Got headaches? Really bad headaches where you see stars or lose your vision for awhile, or make you super sensitve to light,or that make you throw up? Excellent. You have migraines. I had them for quite a while, but they seem to have stopped for the moment, or at least, they only show up fairly infrequently. I seem to have pinpointed them to being caused by stress and possibly dehydration on my part. So I drink a lot of water now, and although I've been prescribed several migraine medications I have found that the one that works best for me is the migraine version of Excedrin. Don't know why, but two of those cure my headaches within 10 minutes of taking them.
